LIDWINE LECLERCQ

Lidwine Leclercq has been with Akilys since May 2023.

She was previously a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at CAP CONSEIL AVOCATS in Valence, having previously worked at the firm FROMONT BRIENS in Lyon.

With a specialist diploma in labour law awarded by the French National Bar Association, Lidwine now works exclusively in this area of expertise and advises companies in the following areas: individual employment relations, industrial relations and collective bargaining, employee representative bodies, occupational health, restructuring impacting the employment situation, etc.

Lidwine advises both SMEs/mid-cap companies and associations as well as corporate groups, in a wide range of sectors, and more particularly in transport and industry.

She has also developed considerable expertise in industrial tribunal litigation and in occupational health and safety matters.

In addition, Lidwine was a trainer for several years at the Drôme Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was a member of the Valence Bar Association.
