LAURENT STAMM

Laurent Stamm has practised at Akilys since January 2019 after creating the firm with his partners.

Previously, he was a partner working in Corporate law / Mergers & Acquisitions at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which he joined in 2008.

He previously practised with the Lyon law firms Rivière Avocats, Ratheaux and Duteil.

Laurent is principally involved in mergers & acquisitions, as well as all private equity transactions, including LBOs.
He is also active in the health sector.

Laurent works with groups of companies as well as investment funds on their acquisition and disposal operations.

He has been recognised by the American legal magazine “Best Lawyers” in its ranking of the best French lawyers, in partnership with “Les Echos”, in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions in the “Corporate Law” category.
