Aurélie CARRARA

Aurélie Carrara has practised with Akilys as a senior counsel since the firm was created in January 2019.

Previously, she was an associate lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which she joined in 2012.

Aurélie covers all issues related to general corporate taxation, including operating taxation and taxation applied to extraordinary transactions.

She also handles issues related to estate taxation, particularly in an international context.

She provides advice as well as monitoring tax audits and handling litigation.
