ANTHONY LATHUILLE-NICOLLET

Anthony Lathuille-Nicollet has practised with Akilys as an associate lawyer since the firm was created in January 2019.

He was previously an associate lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which he joined in 2018, after previous positions with law firms specialising in business law and intellectual property.

Anthony’s practise focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, (re)structuring of internal projects for companies and groups (equity transactions, intra-group relations, management packages), project transactions (joint ventures, partnerships, etc.) and more generally, on business law matters.
He also advises on commercial law and intellectual property (trademark law, copyright).

He has developed a strong practise in transactional operations and assists French and international SMEs and Mid-caps, their owners and their shareholders in the structuring and implementation of their external growth or succession projects.

Anthony is also a Sports agent and as such is listed on the Register of Sports Agent Lawyers at the Lyon Bar Association.
