Clément Pons has practised with Akilys as an associate lawyer since the firm was created in January 2019.
Previously, he was a lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which he joined in November 2018.
Clément mostly focuses on public business law and European law as applied to the health and medical-social sector.
He completed several internships in firms operating in the public sector and in particular in the Legal Department of SNCF Mobilités, in the Procurement Law department, where he assisted a legal expert with the procurement of public contracts and their execution.
His varied experience has enabled him to work both in litigation and in consulting, in relatively broad areas such as public economic law, civil service law, environmental law, urban planning, or even in regulated sector law, transport and telecommunications.
