Juliette Grosjean has practised with Akilys as a senior associate lawyer since the firm was created in January 2019.
Previously, she was an associate lawyer in the Health department at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which she joined in 2012.
She is usually involved in public and European law applied to the health sector and in particular, issues related to operating licences, contracts, real estate, as well as medical and non-medical personnel of organisations in the sector.
She is particularly involved in designing and securing finance arrangements in the hospital sector and has developed expertise in the creation of cooperative ventures and the structuring of healthcare offers.
Juliette Grosjean usually advises and assists, both as counsel and in litigation, supervisory authorities, health care institutions, health cooperation structures (GCS, GIP, GIE) as well as foundations and associations.
