Pauline Fourmaux has been an associate lawyer with Akilys since January 2022.
She was previously an associate lawyer at Lamy-Lexel in Lyon, which she joined in 2015.
Prior to that she worked at Fidal.
Pauline addresses all issues related to corporate taxation, including extraordinary transactions and restructuring.
She also handles estate taxation issues, and advises business owners on their personal tax situation, particularly with business succession planning.
She provides advice as well as monitoring tax audits and handling litigation.
