Yasmina Foudil has practised with Akilys as an associate lawyer since the firm was created in January 2019.
Previously, she was an associate lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which she joined in 2018.
Yasmina Foudil is mainly involved in mergers & acquisitions, including LBOs, joint ventures and project transactions: advising on the creation of specific project vehicles and the negotiation of shareholder agreements.
She works with groups of companies as well as with investment funds for their acquisition and disposal operations.
