Alexis Sardyga has been working as an Attorney-at-law (Counsel) at Akilys since October 2022.

He previously worked as an associate at EY Société d’Avocats, Delsol Avocats, and Adaltys.

Alexis has developed specific expertise in the area of domestic and cross-border business transfers (acquisitions/disposals), especially in the French-German context, audits (DD, VDD), long-term financing transactions (fundraising, LBOs, MBOs, etc.) and (re)structuring (mergers, demergers, APA, agreements), project operations (joint ventures, partnerships), both for French and foreign groups as well as owner-managers. He also works with liberal professionals and more specifically with public officials (in particular notaries).

Alexis has also developed a recognised practice in commercial contract law (supply, distribution, engineering and subcontracting, IT/IP, technology transfer, general terms and conditions of purchase, sale and use etc.).
