Clément Bertrand

Clément Bertrand has been an associate lawyer with Akilys since March 2021.

He was previously an associate lawyer at PwC Société d’Avocats in Lyon, which he joined in 2019 at the beginning of his career in law.

Clément addresses all issues related to corporate taxation, notably extraordinary transactions.

He also addresses the issues of estate taxation.

He provides advice as well as monitoring tax audits and handling litigation.

Clément is also a course lecturer at the University of Lyon III Jean Moulin.
