LAURINE LAVERGNE

Laurine Lavergne has practised with Akilys as a senior associate lawyer since the firm was created in January 2019.

She previously was an associate lawyer at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which she joined in 2013 after an initial position with the Soulier firm.

Laurine’s practise focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, (re)structuring of internal projects for companies and groups (equity transactions, intra-group relations, management packages), project transactions (joint ventures, partnerships, etc.) and more generally, on corporate law matters.

She has developed a strong practise in transactional operations and assists French and international SMEs and Mid-caps, their owners and their shareholders – very often family founders – in structuring and implementing their external growth or succession projects.
