Léopold Cahen has been an associate lawyer with Akilys since March 2020 and was promoted as counsel lawyer (an internal recognition) in january 2025.
He was previously an associate lawyer at Villey Girard Grolleaud in Paris, which he joined in 2016 at the beginning of his career in law.
Léopold’s practise focuses mainly on corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions (involving both listed and unlisted companies), as well as corporate governance and securities law.

Master II degree in Criminal Financial Law, University of Cergy-Pontoise
Master II degree and Diploma in International and European Business Law, University of Lorraine
