Séverine garnier

Séverine Garnier has been an associate lawyer with Akilys since January 2022.

She was sworn in as a lawyer in December 2020 and after having completed her training through professional experience with law firms (Fiducial Legal by Lamy) and with the legal department of the investment fund Abénex Capital, her first post was with a law firm specialising in corporate law.

Séverine Garnier works in corporate law and advises businesses and their management in their day-to-day operations as well as for extraordinary transactions.

Séverine also works at the Lumière Incubator of the University of Lyon 2, to advise and assist students in developing their business project.
