Michèle Haybrard

Michèle Haybrard has practised at Akilys since January 2019 after establishing the firm with her partners.

Previously, she was a corporate law partner at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, which she joined in 1979.

Michèle advises on corporate law, in particular on sales and acquisitions (negotiation, assistance, production of contracts), corporate pre-acquisition/acquisition audits, capital transactions (increase, reduction, issue of all types of securities and bonds). She is also active on restructuring operations, mergers, partial asset contributions and sales of businesses or branches of activity, lease rights and commercial leases.

She is regularly recognised by the American legal magazine “Best Lawyers” in its ranking of the best French lawyers, in partnership with “Les Echos”, most recently in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions in the “Corporate Law” category.
